Return & Exchange Policy

At Crudos on Sunday Apparel Co., we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with store credit or a size exchange.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns for store credit only.
To qualify, items must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Free of odors, stains, damage, or alterations
• Returned within 7 days of receiving your order

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue store credit via email.

Exchanges (Same Design, Different Size Only)

We offer exchanges for the same design in a different size, based on availability.
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (new, unworn, unwashed, no odors, no stains, no damage).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Items showing any signs of wear
• Items that have been washed, altered, damaged, or stained
• Items with any odor (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at sales@cosapparelco.com (or your preferred email) with your:

• Order number
• Full name
• Item you’d like to return or exchange

We’ll respond with next steps and approval instructions.
